To allow teachers to use the SchoolAI Chrome browser extension
Google Education Workspace Admin portal
Choose Security > Access and data control > API controls
Under app access control, choose Manage app access
Choose Configure new app and search for SchoolAI
Select the SchoolAI app, then choose Continue
Select Trusted in the Access to Google data section
Choose Finish and Confirm
You’ll be brought back to the App Access Control page. In the left menu, choose Devices > Chrome > Apps and extensions
Select the Users and browsers tab, then choose the yellow plus button in the bottom corner
Choose the apps icon (several squares). This will let you add a Chrome app by extension or ID
Copy and paste the following ID code into the Extension ID: pgeoioaaakldfhommgfebemhpdimhmgm
A popup will appear from the right. Make sure Allow install is selected. Make sure to apply these setting to any org units who need access
