Learn how to effortlessly share your Space with a fellow teacher or invite a Collaborator to join, enabling them to access valuable student insights in real time.
Now that you've created an incredible space, consider sharing it with your fellow teachers! You can also invite someone to join your Space as a Collaborator, giving them the ability to view live student insights and access the dashboard alongside you.
Sharing a Space with another teacher
1. Go to your Space Sessions page and choose the Space you want to share. Click it to access the teacher dashboard for that specific Space.
2. Select the thumbnail image within the teacher dashboard for that Space to access the detail information.
3. Click the Share button to create a link that enables another teacher to access and modify the template for this Space.
Inviting a Collaborator
1. Navigate to your Space Sessions page and select the Space to enter the teacher dashboard.
2. Click on the three dots to the right of the Invite, Pause, and End controls.
3. Select the Add Collaborators option, which will display a menu for entering the email address of the person you wish to invite. Please note that only individuals within your organization can be added as Collaborators.
The Collaborator will receive an email about their invitation, and they will need to click Join the Space to gain access.-2.png?width=543&height=298&name=image%20(1)-2.png)
Pro tip: A collaborator has the same permissions as the teacher who created the Space, including the ability to Pause and Resume student sessions. They can also see student insights and their responses.
