Learn how to reset a forgotten password, or intentionally change it for security reasons.
If you can't remember your password, simply visit the Login Page and click on the "Forgot Password" option to reset it.
Depending on which Single Sign On (SSO) your school uses, choose either Continue with Google or Microsoft. If you've changed your password on these platforms, follow the steps to log in provided by your organization's SSO.
If your login is through SchoolAI, navigate to the "Forgot Password" button at the bottom of the login screen. You'll be taken to a new form where you can enter your email address, and we'll send you a Password Reset email.
Please note: if the password reset email doesn't appear in your inbox, you may need to add hello@schoolai.com to your email allowlist.
Resetting Your Password While Logged Into SchoolAI
- Navigate to the Profile Menu > Manage Profile
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Security.
- Under Password Administration, click Set Password. This will send a Password Reset email to the email associated with your account.
If you are unable to access the email associated with your SchoolAI account, reach out to Support for assistance in recovering your account.
